After reflection, we don't feel that this is a perfect fit for Susan's list. Publishing is very subjective, however, and another agent may well feel differently. Another personalized rejection on 3/5/24 -- not the perfect fit.

Catherine and Susan were very communicative and thoughtful in their response letter. I could tell they took the time to actually read through my story. Although I'm sad it didn't result in an offer, I can honestly say that I'm a better writer and that I've grown because of them. I HIGHLY recommend querying Susan, and I will be sure to query with my next project if it meets her genres.
