I currently live overseas in Japan. I have had trouble submitting anything on the website form, just FYI. I assume it might be an issue with the domain or I.P. address. Sometimes this happens overseas. Just letting people know, you might run into the same issue or be forced to use a VPN. Several times when reloading and reattempting the upload some of the ancillary items on the website did not load and said "could not verify" leading me to believe this internet issue is responsible.
