@catherineelcik I think you can also change the setting in your account to change how many days the system counts as a CNR before considering open queries a rejection

@catherineelcik, for queries submitted through the query manager form, it is best to withdraw from an agent before moving to the next. Some agencies will ding you if more than one query is open at a time within their agency. You can withdraw by going to the link 'View on QueryManager' under Query Status. From there, click on Contact and Contact agent. Then you're given the option to withdraw. Best of luck. Plus, I highly recommend paying for premium. This gives you access to response times. For anyone who cares to know, Brianne is currently working through July submissions.

Patrick (or whoever might know the answer),
Now that Query Tracker is timing our queries out, I assumed that meant they were closed on both ends, but I just got a kind rejection from Brianne Johnson today even though she was already closed by the system. Not a huge deal, but I'm embarrassed because I had already sent a query to a different agent at the same agency, and I don't want to seem flighty. So does this mean closed no response doesn't actually mean the query is actually closed? I guess it doesn't matter--no one died, of course--but I'm just feeling a bit chagrinned.
Anyway, thanks for all you do for us--this is a great resource!
