I haven't seen much progress with their metrics in over a month, or am I losing my mind?

@Archeantus ... It looks like he has responded to a little less than 50 queries in the past 60 days (all rejections), but I don't think any in the last 30 or so. This time of year is notorious for being a slower period in the industry (especially for query responses). I personally don't see indications that he's the kind of agent to ghost queries (though time can always prove me wrong). But he does seem to be on the slower end of responding. I would try to wait at least 3-4 months before querying someone else, since I'm not sure when he will reopen to unsolicited queries again. At 3 months, it also couldn't hurt to give a polite nudge since he doesn't specifically say not to. I sent a nudge in early November with info about an R&R I completed with another agent, which changed the tone and arc (saying updated materials were available). He has not responded to that, but he might not have seen it or felt it relevant yet if he isn't ready to evaluate my query. I wish you the best!
