Quick rejection. Lengthy and helpful reply as to why he’s not interested. He seems great as “not my agent,” so I can only imagine what he’d be like to work with! I genuinely think he read my sample and was both complimentary and critical. Very specific. A gem!

Obviously he can't give editorial advice, but he does at least give a one line reason why he is rejecting that seems to make sense. A pity he rejected three of my novels - I like his pragmatic approach.

Very kind, thorough and honest feedback. Even though I'm disappointed, I really appreciate him taking the time to explain his rejection.
