I withdrew my query on 20 August but was sent a form rejection this morning (26 August). That leads me to believe that the agency doesn't monitor their hello@greenstone email with regularity, so FYI if anyone else tries using that for nudging with full manuscript requests or if you receive an offer from another agent.
